I’ve gotta admit, sport isn’t one of my habits and I’m kind of ashamed of that. I think I underestimate the importance of sports. It has such an impact on our health.

I personally don’t want to exercise that much, because I have a poor fitness. Of course, I then make up all kinds of feeble excuses, such as; I don’t have time, I don’t see the point, I don’t feel like it, I’ll do it tomorrow, … I also just find it embarrassing to be sitting there stinking and sweating after just under 15 minutes.

Whereas, come to think of it, I’m not the only one. After all, isn’t that what youre doing it for? With time and a lot of practice, that will probably happen less and less. I don’t want to be dying in a hospital 10 years from now, knowing it’s because I didn’t pay attention to my health growing up. That’s a guilt that would kill me even before I die of heart failure.
