I recently reviewed this movie called “Luckiest girl alive”, with Mila Kunis in the leading role. It is about a woman, Tifani Fenalli, that is trying to release the pain and break free from the cycle of trauma.
Just as it is a hot topic of conversation in the White House, this film is also about school shootings and rape in general.
When I first saw the movie when it just came out, I sympathized tremendously with that young girl who had to figure it out alone in this world, as I was 11 at the time.
Reviewing it a couples of years later, I’m definitely seeing it from a different angle.
I understand know why she acted the way she did, and how her trauma’s affected her daily life, being past a few trauma’s myself.
