Similar to mutual funds but traded on stock exchanges like individual stocks.

Investing in natural resources such as gold, silver or bronze.

7. Cryptocurrencies

Buying and holding digital currencies like Bitcoin.

8. Peer-to-peer lending

Lending money to individuals or businesses through online platforms. But never forget to put everything in writing!

My personal favorite, trust funds! It is an easy way to avoid taxes, legal claims and have a guaranteed income. It is an amazing investment to guarantee your legacy as you want it to be, because it will make sure your trustee’s won’t have to pay any inheritance tax, and no one can claim your inheritance, as a trust fund contains it and protects it from legal claims.

Investing in rare items like vintage cars, rare books, stamps, or fine art.

Buying and holding high-quality, investment-grade wine that appreciates over time.

Purchasing agricultural land and leasing it to farmers or growing crops.

16. Timberland & construction plots

Forestry can be a great investment. Buying forested land that can be harvest can sell for a lot of profit. Construction plots can be profitable as well. Some people even buy half-finished projects, because they want a say in the construction of their dream house.

Purchasing rights to songs, movies or TV-shows to earn passive income.

Buying and selling valuable internet domain names.
