Fears, anxiety and phobias are a hot topic right now. Especially with social media provoking them. It can be hard to face them. That’s why I wanted to talk about it.
Setting goals
Facing fears needs to happen gradually. Set realistic goals. Don’t get upset when you’re done with it immediately, such things take time.
Seek help
Seek help from friends or professionals can help overcome them.
Self-compassion
Practice self-compassion and remind yourself of past successes to build confidence.
