The Skill That Changes Everything

If you know how to do this… It won’t matter how many “no’s” you hear in your DM’s. It won’t matter that the coach with half your experience is somehow doubling your income. It won’t matter that the launch you poured your heart into didn’t sell the way you hoped. It won’t matter that you got ghosted, stood up, or left on read.

Because when you have this one thing, you can lead yourself through anything.

That one thing is called detachment. Detachment is not something you’re born with, it’s a skill.

And it’s a skill that every woman who leads herself well has mastered. Make no mistake… some women are more naturally attuned to it. The rest of us? We have to work at it.

I was the latter. I am a deeply emotional human, a double Scorpio who feels everything so intensely that I thought my emotions were the reason I was always so attached to every outcome, every client, every sale, every single little thing.

That was a lie. A convenient one I told myself for years. Because here’s the truth: detachment is one of the most beautiful emotional things you can do for yourself.

When you’re detached, your connection to people gets stronger, because you’re no longer holding them hostage to saying or feeling a certain way about you.

You can see relationships for what they are instead of through the filter of fear.

You can see business for what it is, mot a personal scorebord of your worth, but an arena where you get to play, test, refine, and lead.

Detachment is the difference between a woman who crumbles when things don’t go her way… and a woman who recalibrates, pivots, and keeps her vision alive no matter what’s happening around her.

And here’s the thing: this isn’t just about business. This is about your nervous system. Your energy. Your ability to stay anchored in who you are when life gets messy.

The art of detachment is one of the most powerful leadership skills you will ever learn.
