The Gratitude Groupchat

Recently, I started a ‘gratitude group-chat’, and I’m already seeing huge results. First of all, I would be motivated and consistent with gratitude, because I would have other groupchat members remembering I didn’t say my gratitude list that day. And I would motivate other groupchat members to do the same. It became quite quickly an uplifting community.

Nutrition 

One of the other habits I started that changed my life is healthy nutrition, because I am now fueling my body and purposefully eating.

Exercise

This goes hand in hand with nutrition, but I also started exercising more.

Digital Detox

I started a digital detox as well.
