Now that it’s Saturday, I wanted to reflect on this week. And I learned that perfectionism still held me back way too many times this. So, if I have one message for you, it would be the following.

Now is the time to hit send, connect around a promotion, reach out to the contact, or ship version one. Perfect is an excuse, and it holds so many people back. 

Wanting to do great work is a wonderful thing… but you can’t let it slow you down. Of you’re waiting for the perfect conditions, the perfect opportunity… or for ‘yourself’ to be perfect… you will end up waiting forever. 

Don’t miss out on wonderful, life-changing opportunities just because you feel like what you have isn’t ‘ready yet’. 

You start where you’re at. So, bring it to the table. Let the cards fall where they will, and just go from there. 

Put the work in and go. Stop fussing and pull the trigger.
