Is Your Life Draining Your Soul?

Quick question: How many creative projects have you started this year and then dropped the second life got hectic?

If the answer is ‘too many to count’, you’re going to want to check out this blog post.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what I figured out: the problem isn’t discipline. It’s strategy.

I was trying to create something new from scratch while also studying full-time. I was measuring success by follower counts and external validation instead of the intrinsic value of showing up.

But when I asked myself what I actually love doing, everything shifted.

I love researching the latest research in neurology. I love to write and summarize what I found. I journals to process my emotions.

That’s not just a hobby. That’s my creative practice and maybe my business even.

The big breakthrough? You can’t be an imposter at something you’re consistently doing.

If you write, you’re a writer. If you paint, you’re a painter. The question isn’t “Am I good enough?”. The question is “Did I show up?”.
