Reading about consistency is one thing -actually practicing is another.
So today, I just wanted to pass on a little message to stop judging yourself and start showing up for yourself.
No more waiting to feeling inspired. No more dropping what you love when life gets hard.
Just consistent, intentional action that build self-pride one day at a time.
One more thing before you go: If you’re reading this and thinking this is exactly what you need, I encourage you to actually DO the things that will get you where you want to be. Don’t just save the to-do list for later.
Print it out. Put it somewhere you’ll see it. Block 15 minutes in your calendar right now.
Because here’s what I know: You already have everything you need. You’re already doing the work. You just need to package it, protect it, and show up for it consistently.
Your creative practice isn’t a luxury. It’s the thing that makes your corporate job bearable. It’s the proof that you haven’t lost yourself to capitalism.
So go. Show up. Let your art be your way. Now go get paid.
P.S. If you’re stuck between a soul-sucking job and a creative practice you can’t sustain, follow my blog. This is exactly what I post about, and I’d love to help you figure it out.
