Self-Awareness & Identity
Define what “potential” means to you
Write a personal definition – career, emotional, physical, creative. Clarity prevents drifting.
Conduct a life audit
Evaluate your current status in health, finances, relationships, skill, purpose. Score each area 1–10.
Identify your core values
Choose 5–7 values from a list (e.g., growth, integrity, impact) and rank them. Align future decisions with them.
Determine your strengths
Use assessments (e.g., VIA strengths, CliftonStrengths) and feedback from 3–5 people who know you well.
Identify your weaknesses
Look for repeated difficulties or feedback patterns. Weakness acknowledgment is the foundation for targeted growth.
Analyze your self-image
Write what you believe you are capable of, then challenge limiting beliefs and rewrite empowering ones.
Notice your triggers
Track emotional reactions for a week. Identify situations that derail you and plan healthier responses.
Map your identity layers
Write: “Who I think I am,” “Who I want to be,” and “Who I fear being.” Identify gaps to close.
Understand your motivations
Ask: “Why do I want success?” List intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.
Set your personal philosophy
Craft a short statement that defines how you approach life (“I grow daily and act courageously”).
