Goal Setting And Vision

Create a long-term vision (5 – 10 years).

Describe your ideal life in vivid detail: work, lifestyle, mindset, relationships.

Break the vision into yearly goals.

Set 3-5 major objectives across important life domains.

Turn goals in to quarterly milestones.

Ask yourself: ‘What must I achieve in the following 90 days to move forward?‘

Convert milestones into weekly targets.

Assign tasks to specific days and times to eliminate ambiguity.

Create a mission statement for your life.

Summarize your purpose in 2–3 sentences. Revisit monthly.

Set SMART goals

Ensure each goal is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.

Set anti-goals (what to avoid).

Identify habits, environments, and mindsets you refuse to allow.

Visualize success daily.

Spend 2–3 minutes imagining the emotions, environment, and achievements of your future self.

Identify key success metrics.

Define how you will measure progress: workouts/week, revenue, hours studied, etc.

Conduct monthly self-review sessions.

Grade progress, adjust goals, and remove low-value tasks.
